Writing reviews
- Your review must follow our review guidelines and be your own honest opinion of your own experience.
- You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing it, you let us show, store and share it on ReviewFolk, in our widgets and in search results, for as long as it’s published.
- You can edit or delete your review at any time using the link we email you.
Company pages
- Only claim a company you’re authorised to act for. We may ask for more proof.
- Replies must follow the same guidelines as reviews and mustn’t reveal private details about the reviewer.
- You may not offer rewards for reviews, review your own company or a competitor, or try to get honest reviews removed.
Widgets
You can show your ReviewFolk rating and reviews on your own website with our widgets. Don’t alter them to change what the reviews or score say.
Our role
Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. We moderate against our guidelines but don’t fact-check every review. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, where we can, let affected business accounts know by email.
